Refund and Returns Policy

At MyStoryArchive, every product is uniquely handcrafted for you—whether it’s a custom magazine, recap video, album, or frame. Since all our products are made-to-order and deeply personalized, we follow a strict no-return and no-cancellation policy.

No Returns or Cancellations

Once an order is placed, it is considered final and non-cancellable as the design process begins immediately. No refunds will be provided for order cancellations after confirmation.

Refunds (Only in Special Cases)

Refunds are applicable only if:

• We are unable to fulfill your order due to internal limitations.

• A defective or damaged product is received (must be reported within 24 hours of delivery with photos/videos).

• A refund is approved under special consideration by our team.

Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 working days to your original payment method.

Revisions & Scope

• You will receive a design preview before printing.

• Up to 3–4 revisions are included at no extra cost.

• Additional revisions or requests that go beyond the original scope of work (e.g., major theme changes, adding pages, changing layout direction) will incur extra charges depending on the work involved.

COD & Payments

• Cash on Delivery (COD) is available with a 50% advance payment. The balance is due at the time of delivery.

• Advance payments are non-refundable once the design process has started.
